Explain Your Suggestion:
Map a new building for a car rental, Go in the building and /rentvehicle.
This should work the same way as buying one, it pops up with a list ect.
You should be able to rent..
Push bikes
Sultans
Van (can't remember it's name)
Faggio

The vehicles are rented for a price payed up-front for a hour. You should be able to choose how many hours for! More hours price increases(obviously) But it decreases so instead of
1hour: 250
2hour:500

It goes
1hour:250
2hours:450
