Explain Your Suggestion:
Players are able to learn a language at a school
ONLY ONE. So a player can't laern them all and basically know everything.
Restrictions to languages.
High in cost.
Requires a specific level
Can't learn gang languages (Except British/American) Unless!
They have the Roleplay name suiteable towards the gang.

But there's no use for language because if you write like "[Spanish] : **** yoi"
Rply you are abusing him in spanish so he dont know about it but if the person is a meta gamer he will surely abuse this thing . /nosupport

Or, then you speak in Spanish, and the other person would not understand the language, so he would see the player talking like "Xtyrts asdrq" etc. So, he would not understand it. If you would learn the language, you would understand what he said. I've seen this on a different server, and it worked.

^ You've explained it's original intention. Was hoping it would end out like this. Was just too lazy to do this myself.
