If you show me how... and I'm not try to start anything don't get me wronge, Tony can map but when he doesn't know exactly what is wanted, he goes all out. The FD he showed me looked like a Truck stop. That might be what he has in his Country, I'm used to Small Compact functioning stations.

I can't show you how...  but i think you should map some walls and start adding objects inside. and Its up to you to deiced how you want your FD HQ.
