Rule that have been broken:Insulting another Player

Story:I was in the teamspeak talking to john, when Tony joins and pokes me the below.

After finding out that we have so much problems in the admin team, i decided  to demote everyone to level 1 admin (moderator) only active, serious and helpful admins will be promoted. any abuse will get you kicked from the admin team.
