I approached him because his vehicle was illegaly parked. I then asked him to come to me, away from the house, He promptly ignored me and turned his back to me. I then asked him again, and requested another unit. When the other unit showed up the suspected unlocked, entered and started his vehicle, This is a felony. I drew my deagle, and my undersheriff drew his tazer. I then ordered the suspect out, he complied and he was arrested for Attempted Fleeing, and Failure to Comply with an officer.
